About S80
Super 80 provides baseball prospect commentary, rankings, scouting-style analysis, player comparisons, and projection-oriented content for informational and entertainment purposes.
No guarantee of outcomes
Prospect development is uncertain. S80 DNA scores, rankings, comps, ceilings, roles, and other projections are opinions and analytical estimates—not guarantees of future performance, roster status, draft position, contracts, earnings, or career outcomes.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Super 80 name, S80 branding, S80 DNA framework presentation, site design, written analysis, original graphics, rankings, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Super 80. You may link to public pages and share brief excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish, scrape, resell, or systematically reproduce S80 content without permission.
Third-party names and marks
Player names, team names, league names, and third-party trademarks may be referenced for identification, commentary, comparison, or editorial purposes. Super 80 is an independent publication and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Major League Baseball or any club unless expressly stated.
User submissions
If you send feedback, ideas, or messages, you remain responsible for what you submit. Do not send confidential scouting information, unlawful material, or content you do not have the right to share.
Membership and payments
This launch version does not collect payment. Before paid memberships are activated, applicable billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms should be added here and presented at checkout.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue portions of the site, features, rankings, or access while S80 develops. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Super 80 is provided on an “as is” basis and is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on prospect analysis or projections.
Changes
These terms may be updated as S80 launches new products or paid features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
